Abstract


Magnoliaceae (Magnoliaceae) plant is the oldest angiosperm species commonly used for landscaping, has a very important significance in the pharmaceutical, chemical product development and biodiversity protection. In this thesis research, including smiling species (10 species), Manglietia (11 species), Magnolia (species) of Parakmeria genus (1 species), cover a total of 24 Riven genus (1 species) Species of extraction of essential oils and components analysis. 24 kinds of essential oils chemical composition are determined for the first time domestic. In this paper, the steam distillation was extracted Ledong proposed single-sex Mulan, single-sex the magnolia and cover Riven three kinds of essential oils, and GC-MS analysis of the composition of essential oils and their relative percentage. In this paper, 10 kinds of Michelia essential oils extracted by steam distillation and GC-MS analysis of its components and their relative percentages of 10 kinds of essential oils were identified 150 compounds.
