Abstract


Objective: To investigate the eighth outside of Qingdao City , Shandong Province , Han SLC2A9 gene exon 137A / G (rs3733591) single nucleotide polymorphism with diabetic patients with hyperuricemia relationship . Methods: sequence-specific primers - polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification the SLC2A9 gene eighth outside exon PCR products were digested by the restriction endonuclease BstUI , part of the PCR products were sequenced detected 414 cases 137A / G single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) , the distribution of the allele and genotype frequencies eighth outside of the Tsing Yi Fuyuan treatment of patients with SLC2A9 gene exon . Results : SLC2A9 gene eighth outside exon 137A / G polymorphism locus A allele frequency in the control group , hyperuricemia group , diabetic group , diabetic patients with hyperuricemia group were 68.1% , 58.6% , 63.6 % , 58.2 % , G allele frequencies were 31.9 % , 41.4% , 36.4 % , 41.8% , A , G allele frequency in the control group with hyperuricemia group , the control group with diabetes and high uric acid the difference between hyperlipidemia group was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05), the difference between the other groups without statistical significance ( P gt ; 0.05 ) . AA genotype frequency in the control group , hyperuricemia group , diabetic group , diabetic patients with hyperuricemia group were 45.1% , 36.2% , 41.7 % , 30.8 % , the AG genotype frequencies were 46.1% , 44.8% , 43.7%, 54.8%, GG genotype frequencies were 8.8% , 19.0% , 14.6% , 14.4% , three genotype frequencies in the difference between the groups was not statistically significance ( P gt ; 0.05) . Conclusion: the SLC2A9 gene Eighth outside of the Qingdao City , Shandong Province , Han exon 137A / G single nucleotide polymorphism and diabetic patients with hyperuricemia correlation , carry the G allele ontogeny diabetic patients with high uric acid the viremia risk may be higher than individuals carrying the allele A .
