Abstract


Officially launched in China in 2003 the Construction Works list pricing norms ( GB50500 -2003 ) , a preliminary budget from traditional fixed pricing model to the transformation of the mode of the bill of quantities . 2008 released a new construction project BOQ pricing norms \Has a special status and role of contract management in construction project management , from the point of view of the contract to look at the bill of quantities , it is not just the pricing model , valuation procedures and valuation methods change , but the establishment of the buyers and sellers of building products a new kind of contractual relationship will bring a far-reaching impact on the bidding system and engineering contract management system . Therefore, research and practice \From the cost of the project implementation phase formation process analysis , construction contract management is mainly divided into the bidding process, the contract is signed , fulfillment and claims management phases . Firstly , the construction projects BOQ pricing norms \program content and method . Secondly , from the bidding , the contract signed , fulfillment and claims aspects of list price model contract management , and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions . In short, the reality of our Construction Contract Management proposed by the bill of quantities and contract management mode reform , standardize construction bidding , the contract is signed , to fulfill the system and measures and the claims process .
