Abstract

Mercapto group-containing organic compound in the cells plays an important role in biochemical reactions. Thiol-containing compounds like organisms: homocysteine, cysteine, glutathione is important biological labeling substance of the health of the body and disease diagnosis. Such as: a) excessive body containing mercapto acid levels and Alzheimer's, Parkonson's disease and various cardiovascular diseases are related, b) the body is too high glutathione and homocysteine ??levels and AIDS caused related dementia. C) low intracellular concentration of homocysteine ??and glutathione leukemia, uterine cancer, liver disease and other diseases. Accordingly, the easy monitoring of the development of a biometric sample of L-cysteine ??and glutathione analysis method is to further explore the identification of these biological substances and other diseases related research is very important. Discussed in detail from the following four chapters: the first chapter of glutathione and the nature and biological effects of L-cysteine, pointed out the importance of study of glutathione and L-cysteine , glutathione and L-cysteine ??progress, choosing this topic ideas and research content. Chapter II copper ions and glutathione (GSH) interaction of cyclic voltammetry studies and analysis applications use cycle voltammetry (CV) of the Cu 2 with reduced glutathione (GSH) mixed solution cyclic voltammetry in Britton-Robinson (BR). CV characteristics through the comparison with Cu , 2 , the GSH concentration, acidity, the copper oxidation current function described on the surface of the electrode solution and Cu 2 with the thiol group of GSH by the oxidation reduction, sp hybridization to generate 1:2 charge-transfer complexes reaction mechanism. Copper oxidation peak current was reduced linearly with the increase in GSH concentration principle, the proposed method of quantitative determination of GSH in excess copper ions in the solution. Determination of glutathione actual sample using this method with satisfactory results. Chapter L-cysteine ??and glutathione thiol Electrochemical Studies of Interaction with two phenol substances hydroquinone, catechol, resorcinol and 4 - tert-butyl-o-phthalic the interaction between the phenol and L-cysteine ??and glutathione, and its mechanism was discussed. L-Cys and GSH in the pH = 7.3 of phosphate buffer solution with several substances showed good linearity within a certain range, and by further optimization of the conditions can be used as the detecting L-Cys and GSH redox indicator. Tert-butyl catechol has conducted a preliminary determination of total sulfhydryl content in plant samples. Chapter 4 - tert-butyl catechol and glutathione interaction studies in this article by cyclic voltammetry by cyclic voltammetry of glutathione (GSH) and 4 - tert-butyl catechol ( TBC) on the glassy carbon electrode electrochemical behavior. Studies have shown that in the pH = 7.3 of 0.2 mol / LNAH 2 PO of-Na 2 HPO 4 buffer solution Valley glutathione and 4 - tert-butyl catechol catalysis, GSH concentration of 2.0 × 10 -4 -1.0 × 10 -3 mol / L within the peak The current linear relationship between The detection limit of 2.0 × 10 -5 mol / L . And discuss its role in the electrochemical mechanism, is expected to as glutathione electrochemical probe for the determination of glutathione.
