Abstract


Corruption is the cancer of all countries that treat the social healthy development. And all of these has also influenced political stability in China. Lots of academic have find different methods for this problem in the world. In this years, more and more people pay attention to the conflict of interest as a new uncorruption concept which as become a great problem in our social.Conflict of interest cause corruption has become a big problem that treat politic stable. And it is also the culprit of some Chinese social public policy errors s bureaucracy and corruption. In this condition, the best way of establish a clear goverment and prevent corruption of civil service is to prevent effectively when the conflict of interest occurred.For talking clearly about the problem of corruption in new period of China construct socialism, I will focus on the meaning of conflict > the influence of corruption causes by conflict of interest and the policys of how to against corruption under the conflict of interest. At last, find the best way to establish a clear government.
