Abstract


Acetochlor and atrazine, is our country and the world is widely used both selective herbicide, is widely used in corn, soybeans, sorghum and other crops, weed control. Because perennial broad and extensively used by them arising from water, soil and other environmental pollution has drawn increasing attention. In this paper, zebrafish as materials, will acetochlor and atrazine as a standard poison, with the acute toxicity and chronic toxicity test method of combining, through the semi-lethal concentration, enzyme activity assay and paraffin sections and other methods to study zebrafish In the evaluation of the significance of biological monitoring, the main contents are as follows: 1 acetochlor and atrazine on zebra fish acute toxicity test, the pre-test, according to a logarithmic concentration, consists of five concentration gradient, namely 0.5, 1, 2, 4 and 8mg / L, draw 96hLC 50 were 1.862mg / L and 2.541mg / L, two reagents were measured for different organizations ATP, LDH and CAT enzyme activity. The results show that: with the increasing concentration of acetochlor, zebra fish gills ATP activity decreased first and then increased LDH activity in ovarian overall downward pattern changes, liver CAT activity decreased gradually; with atrazine concentrations increases, the zebra fish gills ATP activity decreased first and then increased LDH activity in the ovary first and then decreased, liver CAT activity decreased. 2 acetochlor and atrazine chronic toxicity in zebrafish experiments, the pre-test, press the arithmetic concentration, consists of five concentration gradients were 0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8 and 1mg / L, draw 30d LCso were 0.411mg / L and 0.397mg / L, two reagents were measured for different organizations ATP, LDH and CAT enzyme activity. The results show that: with the increasing concentration of acetochlor, zebra fish gills ATP activity decreased first and then increased LDH activity in the ovary first and then decreased, liver CAT activity increased and then decreased type change; Sui atrazine concentration increases, the zebra fish gills ATP activity decreased, LDH activity in the ovary first and then decreased, liver CAT activity overall upward pattern changes. 3 in the above experiments under different concentrations of stress zebrafish ovaries removed for paraffin observation, the results showed that: the concentration of the different experimental groups, ovarian morphology and growth conditions are significantly different, the experimental group is particularly evident toxicity. 4 In summary, acetochlor and atrazine in zebrafish conducted a series of experiments, the effect is obvious, the two herbicide residues in environmental pollution detection and evaluation criteria to establish a certain value.
