Abstract


One of the basic rights of consumers to know its status as consumers increasingly apparent. Protection of the right to know about the legal aspects involved , although , it is not perfect , the performance is one of the law 's one-sided emphasis on the consumer 's right to know and the obligation to inform the operators of neglect . The consumer 's right to know and operators of this obligation is the corresponding rights and obligations of consumers depend on the realization of the right to information to fulfill the obligations of operators , sound operators obligation to inform the operators of the system is not only a social concern , but also to ensure sustainable economic development and the inevitable requirement of fairness embodied law , in the long run it is a kind of long-lasting protection of consumer rights . From the perspective of the protection of consumers ' right to know and the legitimate rights and interests of the operators , and by using literature research, survey research , analysis and comparison method, combined with the existing economic, cultural and legislative background , analyzes the concept of obligation to inform the operators and the the various stages of the legal nature of the transaction , and proposed to improve the operator 's obligation to inform the relevant provisions of the consumer , the common demand operators, public opinion and improve the rule of law system. This paper also presents the same time improving the obligation to inform the operator of the measures from the legal system , the legislative , judicial and law enforcement , etc., in order to solve the problem of the legislative and judicial fault . In the final summary , the combination of solutions described in this article citations and court cases were analyzed to solve such social problems put forward their own views.
