Coal preparation plant screening plant varying degrees in various production processes will produce dust . The dust is a lot of dispersion in the plant , a serious threat to the health and lives of the vast majority of workers safety . In order to solve the serious problem of dust pollution in the screening plant through the dust particle trajectories and diffusion regularity study , combined with the actual development of a screening workshop dust comprehensive management program . Firstly, the dust in the the three airflow form of ( still flow , laminar and turbulent ) diffusion equation research for dust diffusion model . At the same time , the analysis of the screening plant stress situation and its impact on the the dust trajectory of the dust in the gas stream and established on the basis of the coal preparation plant screening plant dust trajectory equation . Secondly , the use of the resulting numerical model simulation combined with computer simulation software MATLAB 7.0 on the the dust diffusion phenomena and the trajectory of the screening plant , summed summed up the movement of dust diffusion law . Finally, the combination of the simulation results and the actual situation of the coal preparation plant dust control of quasi- energy Heidaigou developed an efficient screening workshop dust prevention and treatment programs .
