Abstract

As people's living standards improve and the development of science and technology, an accurate analysis of complex samples more and more people's attention. In complex biological samples, inorganic ion content is closely related with people's health, accurate detection of trace elements to guide people how to arrange nutritional intake, to develop a healthy lifestyle plays an important role. Currently used method for the detection of inorganic ions in atomic absorption spectrometry, atomic emission spectrometry, atomic fluorescence spectrometry, ion chromatography, HPLC, electrochemical methods, UV-visible spectrophotometry, capillary electrophoresis analysis, etc., and atomic absorption spectrometry for trace metals based on high sensitivity, low detection limit, good linearity and other advantages, analysis and detection of metal ions become indispensable in the field of methods and means. FAAS due to simple structure, easy operation, high speed, low emission consumption, good selectivity and advantages of higher precision in metallurgy, geology, chemical engineering, medicine, forensic, biological and food analysis is widely used. Sample pre-treatment is complex and important part of the process of sample analysis, atomic absorption spectroscopy is a complete set of sample preparation, sample, instrumental analysis, data processing as one. This thesis is based on the previous work by atomic absorption spectrometry methods for the study, carried out a series of research work in improving the analytical sensitivity, reducing the complexity of the sample matrix interference and other issues resulted in the following two aspects of innovation Results: (1) a hydrogen peroxide solution of nitric acid and perchloric acid digestion hair full decomposition method, atomic absorption spectrometer optimized analytical conditions, improved atomic absorption spectrometer detection limit for zinc and stability for the 50 volunteer students Hair samples were tracking a series of measurements, combined with the volunteers' gender, age, blood type, growth habits and geographical differences expand data analysis, and achieved good effect on everyday life have a good guidance. (2) with ion-exchange resin method and atomic absorption spectrometry sample processing method of eliminating the interference matrix between the ions, the atomic absorption spectroscopy sensitivity of alkali metal, of polystyrene and styrene production line ion content of the condensed water for condensate recycled after purification continue to provide the quantitative basis for guiding. Thesis is divided into three chapters: the first chapter of the different methods of detection of inorganic ions are discussed, focusing on the atomic absorption spectrometry in the application of biological and environmental samples, and an overview of different sample pretreatment methods, summed up in the analysis of biological samples and environmental samples of different ion detection limits, and the recent atomic absorption detection of trace elements and heavy metals in the development. Chapter II atomic absorption spectrometry combined with hydrogen peroxide, a nitric perchloric acid digestion hair full decomposition method to optimize the integration time, sample volume, the lamp current and gas flow, and other analytical conditions, improved atomic absorption spectrometer detection limit for zinc and stability for 50 volunteers to conduct a series of samples of students' hair tracking measurements. Chapter atomic absorption spectrometry analysis combined with ion exchange resin polystyrene production line condensate, condensate purification discussions will continue recycled convenient, low operating cost effective way.
