Abstract
Criminal \facts as the investigation or trial of criminal cases as a litigation activities . Literally , it is identified as a criminal case . \For a long time, due to the ' concept is highly consistent with its literal meaning ' problem is the theory and practice of community ignored . In judicial practice , the legislation without breaking cases abound , which is an objective fact . The view from the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure , ' means that you can take a variety of investigative behavior and enforcement measures , can be the object being investigated by law litigation , trial . There is no doubt that the privileges and the rights and obligations of the litigants of the investigative department of the criminal case will produce a lot of impact , in this article , I will this affect the nature of the criminal proceedings be summarized as \Then under criminal investigation ' effectiveness terminate exactly when ? There any restrictions on the scope of its effectiveness ? Case between the various judiciary effectiveness and how to pass , covering it ?
