Abstract


Urban water supply system is the lifeblood of urban development , infrastructure is closely related to people's lives . At present , China's urban water supply system operation and management level is low , so that the high operating costs of the water supply system . Study how reasonable scheduling and management of the water supply system in order to achieve the purpose of reducing operating costs and to ensure the safety of water supply , significant economic and social benefits to improve the water supply system . In this paper, the water supply system in Xi'an as the research object to explore the water supply system to optimize the scheduling model and methods , to provide technical support for the scientific management of the water supply system . The water demand forecast is the basis of the water supply system to optimize the scheduling . In this paper, based on the analysis of water use impact factors affect the water supply system in Xi'an through comparative evaluation of various characteristics of water consumption prediction methods and conditions of use , the introduction of structural risk minimization criterion of least squares support vector machine algorithm to improve the hourly water consumption forecast accuracy . Directly to the water supply network conditions model reflects the effect of the pipe network to run the simulation . Since microscopic model requires clear relationship topology , the required input data , calculate the limitations of time-consuming and select regression support vector machine model of the water supply system . 10 measurement points were selected to reflect the health of the entire water supply system in the number of measurement points in Xi'an , simulation , and compared with the measured values ??calculated . The calculation results show that the higher calculated pressure analog values ??precision , and in accordance with the condition of the water supply system to run a regression support vector machine model . Minimum objective function in water charges , water supply pressure , the system state of technology and equipment capacity constraints , the establishment of a water supply system in Xi'an directly optimize the scheduling model . Reasonable periods divided based on years of operating experience of the water supply system in Xi'an , Xi'an water supply system directly optimize the scheduling model was solved using particle swarm optimization . Run practice that directly optimize the scheduling model for solving the running costs than experience running costs savings of 10.60% .
