Abstract


New Strapdown North Finder rotating mechanism applied to the mobile platform can provide directional reference for the mobile platform . Consider this research a new type of strapdown north finder rotary mechanism to moderate level of impact under special circumstances , but also to be installed within the limited space of the body , so the size and quality of the structure of the rotating mechanism , there are stringent restrictions , compact , accurate positioning two must meet the design requirements . Taking into account the work process in the system must withstand tremendous impact structure designed to be light weight , high strength, high stiffness . Therefore, research is of great significance , the dynamical response of the rotating mechanism can provide a theoretical basis for the improvement and implementation of the project design . In this paper, the overall design of a rotating mechanism according to the new Strapdown North Finder technical indicators and work characteristics . Pro / E software to establish a three-dimensional model parameter space dimensions , the overall quality of the rotary mechanism . According to the commonly used impact the applicability of the method to establish the mechanical model of the rotating mechanism . The theory of vibration displacement response under impact analysis, the factors affect north finder impulse response model . Obtained by to use ADMAS simulation , to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis , the trend of the shock absorber response on the the north finder rotation institutions , and provide an important basis for future north finder shock absorber design . By using ANSYS finite element analysis software , the rotating flange modal analysis, the natural frequencies and modes of the flange . In order to accurately verify the dynamic response of the impact process flange material , flange transient dynamics analysis drawn flange under 35g shocks in the Z-direction of the rectangular wave and triangular wave dynamics response and response data were compared and analysis.
