Abstract


The overall layout of rail transit network planning is not only basis of the building of line, but also is basis to ensure the run effectiveness of the rail transit system; to a large extent determines its application in urban transportation system. The filtration of route network program must be the problems faced in the practice of engineering design. Based on the selective comparison of the route network planning, this paper lays bare research on indicators of program optimization and network scale.Network evaluation of macro-and micro-indexes were calibrated by subjective factors, the search for the measurement of system performance objective indexes are worthy of study via effective and accurate approach. On acquisition comprehensive evaluation index weight is generally given by experts in the correlative field, has a strongly subjective color, while the importance of the extent of index, the comprehensive index System demand more scientific and reasonable to discuss.The existing methods to determine the size of wire analog line network to other cities, combined with mathematical models are established, which planners dominant qualitative analysis role to improve and provide more theoretical basis for it is necessary.Based on the principles, thread of the primary network plan, combined with the index system of urban rail transit network program at home and abroad, this paper put forwards the primary index system. Based on rough set’s theory and methods, to reduce and sort out the evaluation index system of network planning according to data-driven, put forward dominant factor of index system of the rail transit network planning. A new method is presented to determine the weights of indexes. After summing up and analyzing the characteristics and defects of the evaluation indexes existed of urban rail transit network planning, a set of evaluation index system is proposed which is fit to the evaluation of urban rail transit network plan in China.Evaluation index system and a reasonable scale of network as the basis of selection optimal network plan, it is necessary to study and discuss. Before the program framework, in order to restrict the size of net divergence and build collective basis, how to control a reasonable scale of rail transit network from macro is worth exploring. The existed network scale according to analogy other cities, combined with mathematical models, are ascertained, in which planners’ qualitative analysis dominate. This paper, combined with network scale affecting factors, uses rough set and fuzzy clustering analysis the selection of scientific data samples, set up the linear weighted model, and put forward a reasonable determine method of rail transit network scale in conjunction with urban layout、urban master planning、urban system planning.
