Abstract


The problem of the investment of Chinese rural public goods which is related to the farmers’income growth, agriculture’growth and rural’growth is an important issue of constructing a new socialist countryside. In recent years, our country’investment of rural public goods has improved a lot, the rural public goods has increased, but there is a big gap between city and rural compared to city and the farmers’actual demand. To improve the rural public products supply system, to increase the government’s investment of public goods and to improving the efficiency of using public goods are ways of increasing farmer’s income, narrowing the gap between city and rural and developing the urban and rural.This paper analyses the present situation of investment of rural public goods of China, the problem supplying the public goods, how investment of the rural public increase farmers’income and how to optimize the policy of investing the rural public goods according to the theory of public products, the theory of supplying public goods effectively and Local balanced theory of public goods by theoretical analysis and positive analysis.This paper mainly divided into five sections :In the first part, mainly introducing the research background and research method, clarifying research object. In chapter 2,, introduce the theory of the rural public investment according to the concept and theories mentioned above. In chapter 3, we analyses the problem of the present situation of investment of rural public goods, the fixed assets investment of countryside, investment of rural compulsory education and investment of research into agriculture. On the basis of the analysis above, we o analyze the relationship of investment of rural public goods and the increase of farmers’income. In chapter 4, positive analysis between each kind of rural public goods product and the increase of farmers’income is made. On the base of the positive analysis we analyses how each kind of rural public goods affect farmers’income. At the chapter 5 of the paper is the conclusion and suggest part, which gave out some suggestion on the foundation of charter before.
