Abstract


Globalization , supplier management is becoming a corporate object of concern , ISO and other international standards for supplier management requirements . Supplier Quality Management is the most basic and core content of supplier management . H where LSI foundry industry has rapidly developed in recent decades , from pillar industries gradually into the sunset industry . Therefore, H Company is facing increasingly fierce competition in the industry , and labor costs more and more difficult to compress profit margins are getting smaller and smaller and many other issues . Under the premise of guaranteeing quality , reduce operating costs through the effective management of suppliers , the H to get rid of the current industry development bottleneck to ease the pressure at this stage .
