Abstract


V company is the market leader of discrete semiconductor and passive components manufacturer, they keeping the high reputation in the field and remain the leadership.The increasing of carbon emission leads the serious global environment problem,the low carbon economy is very popular and awareness.V company also need to develop their own low carbon supply chain under this background.I have been working in the logistic field around 10 years, which provide me the solid experience of this industry. The feasible solution is find out by studying the actual situation of V company base on the low carbon emission supply chain theory,it considering both cost and efficiency of the supply chain and can be adopted by the other company as V company.
