Abstract


The medical device industry is a knowledge-intensive , capital-intensive , multidisciplinary , intense competitive challenges of the high-tech industry , it is judged one of the signs of a national manufacturing and high level of sophistication . Meanwhile, according to the medical device industry \share will reach 25% , to become a world-class medical device manufacturing powerhouse . Therefore, the medical device industry in the country have mushroomed to grow rapidly. In today's competitive market , the human resources department as a secondary sector of the business sector , one of the new task is to consider how to make the employees' career management such fierce competition in the market in accordance with the company 's strategic planning , the company attract , reserves and develop talent . This requires the human resources department to establish a system of career management . This article is aimed at the Carestream career management situation analysis , three division set out to introduce existing career management system and features for different audiences and features from the sales , R \u0026 D and manufacturing .
