Abstract

The implementation of the mechanism can not only bring much-needed funds for our carbon financial markets , but also the introduction of foreign advanced technology , so it should be based Clean Development Mechanism , the study of the development of China 's carbon finance market and corresponding strategies . The Clean Development Mechanism as a starting point for research on the global carbon finance market 's development and domestic market development status , and thus our carbon emissions market total potential analysis presented our building carbon finance market presence of the many problems and these problems mainly in the following aspects : First , the clean development mechanism in the development of our country , there are many problems , including the uncertainty of international policy mechanisms are not familiar with development subject to restrictions and lack of market experience ; Second , financial institutions, business development lag , the lack of operating experience in carbon reduction projects and carbon trading and carbon finance business itself risky , lack of commercial bank professionals also make carbon finance business of commercial banks to carry out the inherent lack of motivation ; Finally , China's carbon emissions trading market the inadequate development compared to the international market , China's carbon emissions trading market , there is a big gap , and comprehensive policy and domestic carbon finance incomplete . To solve the above problem , the paper proposes the corresponding solutions and measures , China should attach importance to the development of the CDM , CDM basic services , and promotion of CDM projects , CDM projects to be able to get the attention of domestic enterprises , and the smooth implementation ; more To actively seek international cooperation to improve the investment environment , attract capital and technology ; same time , we should build a complete carbon financial system and organizational system , provide a good platform to build a carbon emissions trading market system .
