Emamectin Benzoate, Indoxacarb, two of the substitutions of high-toxicitical pesticides, are being popularized to apply for the prevention and curing of pest in paddyfield.The former’s main formulation is emulsifiable concentrate, which has a disadvantage in environmental protection, while the latter’s main formulation is restricted in suspension concentrate, go against transport and store. On the other hand, WDG has environment-friendly characteristic, but could not be used widely owing to high produce doorsill and exact equipment, in addition its filtrateing of prescription is complex, is difficult to prepare, has still been in seedtime in our country. Based on Bioassay’s Status and Function result, finded out the best proportion between Emamectin Benzoate and Indoxacarb, then worked on filtrateing of 12% Emamectin Benzoate-Indoxacarb’s prescription and capability. All the results could provide the theoretical basis for the further investigation of the mechanism, at the same time these could apply for the preparation of WDG.The method of high speed cutting model was first introduced into preparering WDG, and compare with industry methord. The ressult indicated that the WDG produced in the methord of high speed cutting medel, has good capability as industry, further more its producing is so easy and quickly that could apply for the preparering of WDG in status.Applying of high speed cutting method for filtrateing of prescription. Based on filtrateing of orthogona within wetting agent, dispersant, carrier, disintegrant, adhesive and so on. The result ensured the best prescription of 12% Emamectin Benzoate-Indoxacarb:AI:4% Emamectin Benzoate,8% Indoxacarb; wetting agent: 4% K12; dispersant:8% NNO,7% 1003; disintegrant: 8% ammonium sulfate; adhesive:0.7% PEG; carrier:50% Kaolium,14% bentonite,7% White carbon black.Based on preparering of prescription, further more worded on factor efferct on capability of WDG. The result indicated that combination during diverse asistant material and carrier is pivotal; producing methord is also important to WDG including measurement of material, water quantity, producing time, drying time and temperature. Environment factor especially water quality has definite effect on WDG. In hard woter, suspension of WDG would go down.
