Abstract


The the microcapsules granule capsule material Cartap selection and preparation process microcapsules particle size . Use pesticides Cartap as the core material , poly ( methyl methacrylate ) wall , methylene chloride as an organic phase solvent , an aqueous solution of hydroxyethyl cellulose as a continuous phase , using a simple and easy to control the evaporation of the solvent prepared cartap microcapsules granules. Investigated the type and concentration of the dispersing agent , a dispersing speed , dispersing time , the reaction temperature , the core material and the wall material with the ratio of the organic phase and the continuous phase compared to other factors of influence , and by microscopy and HPLC respectively Characterization the microcapsule granule morphology and encapsulation efficiency cartap . The results showed that : hydroxyethyl cellulose FD20 000 dispersant and a concentration of 1.2% , the reaction temperature is room temperature , dispersion 3 min 16 000 r / min under high shear emulsifying machine , with the ratio of the core material and wall material ( mass ratio) of 1:1 , the ratio (volume ratio ) of the organic phase and the continuous phase under conditions of 20:100 to 25:95 , cartap 4% microcapsules prepared granules uniformly dispersed spherical rules , micro- capsule particle droplets with an average particle diameter of 8.4μm, and the covering rate of more than 92.01% .
