Abstract


Precise determination of the moisture content of the grain storage is the main content of the national food security , the current use of humidity sensors to collect data , but there are circuit complexity , detection accuracy and drift . Radar detection to the grain moisture detection , radar detection , the establishment of high-frequency electromagnetic wave propagation in the granary multilayer system structure layer forward model , and granaries structure layer dielectric constant inversion model . In the analysis on the basis of the relationship of grain moisture and dielectric constant electromagnetic frequencies , to discuss the establishment of food dielectric constant - water mathematical model for electromagnetic detection . Experiments using ground-penetrating radar RIS - K2 -type dielectric constant and moisture content measurement in granary , the analysis of the measurement results on the common midpoint law and continuous profiling method , the speed of electromagnetic waves , combined with improved dielectric - moisture model grain moisture inversion . The experimental results show that the dielectric constant and moisture content of the grain layer of different depth analysis by inversion are close to the measured values ??prove that the inversion model has higher accuracy , and verify the feasibility of the use of electromagnetic waves of grain moisture content measuring granary .
