50 Cases of Type 2 Diabetic Patients Serum Trace Element and Vitamin Change Analysis

Objective: Determination of 50 patients with type 2 diabetes ( type 2 diabetes mellitus , T2DM) in patients with serum selenium , chromium, vitamin E, vitamin B6 content , assessment of patients with T2DM serum trace elements, vitamins changes into the various indicators and fasting the relationship between blood sugar (fasting blood glucose, FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin ( hemoglobin A1c , HbA1c) and T2DM chronic complications . Method : Select diagnosed 50 cases of patients with T2DM , am fasting venous blood measured serum selenium , chromium , vitamin E, vitamin B6 level compared with the level of healthy people . Records of patients FBG, HbA1c and presence of DM complications , the relationship between the comparison of trace elements , vitamins and FBG , HbA1c and T2DM chronic complications . Results: 1.50 cases of patients with T2DM of serum selenium 119.12 ± 32.84 ug / L , chromium 13.36 ± 22.66μg / L , vitamin E 1209.37 ± 499.01 nmol / L , vitamin B6 489.08 ± 172.20 ng / L, and significantly lower than healthy people the serum selenium 210.05 ± 49.57 ug / L , chromium 80.9 ± 28.5μg / L , vitamin E 2321.75 nmol / L , vitamin B6 gt; 924.56 ng / L level . Serum selenium , chromium , vitamin E , vitamin B6 levels and FBG no significant related resistance ( P gt ; 0.05) , there is no obvious correlation with HbA1c sex ( P gt ; 0.05) . 3 patients with chronic complications of blood selenium 116.68 ± 30.41 ug / L , chromium 8.61 ± 7.61μg / L , vitamin B6 482.42 ± 162.56 ng / L than those without chronic complications in patients with blood selenium 123.11 ± 36.98 ug / L , chromium 22.26 ± 36.04μg / L, vitamin B6 499.59 ± 190.56 ng / L lower in patients with chronic complications of blood vitamin E 1215.25 ± 504.19 nmol / L compared with patients with chronic complications of blood vitamin E 1199.78 ± 504.01 nmol / L slightly higher , but average no statistically significant difference (P gt; 0.05). Conclusions : T2DM patients with serum selenium , chromium , vitamin E, vitamin B6 level was significantly lower than in healthy people . The T2DM patients presence in the body of metabolic disorders of trace elements and vitamins . 2 found no clear correlation between this group of the T2DM patients serum selenium , chromium , vitamin E, vitamin B6 and FBG , HbA1c , and T2DM chronic complications .
