Abstract

Objective: To analyse the relationship between the rupture of ankle anterior 1ower tibiofibular ligament and the stability of ankle and to explore the biomechanism of traumatic ankle arthritis, provide a theoretical basis for clinic. Methods: Collect ten anticorrosive cadaver lower limbs sample of Chinese adult which were kept in formalin for one to three months, eliminate morbid change such as fracture、osteoporosis by iconography examine, break and anatomy sample from knee joint, keep bone and ligament.divided into two groups(normal and the rupture of anterior 1ower tibiofibular ligament),from average weight(70kg)-load(700N),multiple increase to 1400N、2800N、3500N(limit load),biomechanical tests such as stress analysis and press sensitive patch technique were performed to measure the change of perpendicular compress displacement, tibial astragaloid joint stress and load area, when the ankle movement- neutral position, dorsiflexion20o,plantarflexion 30o. Compared the two groupes, to analyse datas and calculate average、standard deviation、varianceby, execute q or t test by SPSS11.0 analysis software, the significance statistics standard(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Results: The ankle sample is placed in the different functional positions of normal and the rupture of anterior 1ower tibiofibular ligament,it is significantly different for perpendicular compress displacement, tibial astragaloid joint pressure and load area,in the statistics(P<0.05 or P<0.01).(1)The ankle sample is placed in the same functional positions of normal and the rupture of anterior 1ower tibiofibular ligament, when given vertical pressure increase with perpendicular compress displacement、tibial astragaloid joint pressure and load area increase. ##P(normal)、**P(rupture)<0.01;In the same functional positions and vertical pressure, the rupture of anterior 1ower tibiofibular ligament is different with normal for perpendicular compress displacement and tibial astragaloid joint load area increase, but tibial astragaloid joint pressure decrease, @P(compare)<0.05.(2)Tibial astragaloid joint stress distribution:vertical pressure 700-3500N, when the ankle movement- neutral position, dorsiflexion20o,plantarflexion 30o, Tibial astragaloid joint stress begin from inside, stress concentration areas are central partial inside、ahead partial inside、ahead partial central; The rupture compare with normal, the tendency of outside stress increase, when the same stress, coloration area increase, color depth light. Conclusion: The rupture of anterior 1ower tibiofibular ligament play an important role in the stability of ankle, therefore,we should try our best to restore the rupture of anterior 1ower tibiofibular ligament during the operation, maximally recover its original structure and function and avoid the occurrence of late traumatic arthritis.
