Abstract


Dendrimer research and development and its structure , performance characteristics , as well as in recent years, new synthetic methods . The structural characteristics of porphyrins and metal porphyrins and its applications in the pharmaceutical , chemical , biological , aspects . Synthesized a structural unit of the dendrimer , and to synthetic porphyrins tree macromolecules 11,13,16,24 and a metal divalent copper porphyrin tree through the convergent synthesis method macromolecules 27,30 . Wherein porphyrin dendrimer 11, 13, 16 is an acidic surface 24 is an alkaline surface . The metal porphyrin compounds 27, 30 as superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) dual - function analog enzyme . Pharmacological data show that Compound 30 is better than 27 potential anti- reactive oxygen species , suggesting different molecular weight homologues dendrimer having different antioxidant capacity .
