Abstract


Objective To provide a theoretical basis for the standardization of the emergency treatment of atrial fibrillation due to atrial fibrillation in the emergency treatment of patients with atrial fibrillation underlying cause , type of AF , as well as anticoagulant and antiplatelet therapy . Retrospective analysis of the method of analysis of the clinical data of 338 patients with atrial fibrillation in the emergency department of our hospital from June 2006 to December 2008 . Analysis of the underlying cause and the constituent ratio of atrial fibrillation , anticoagulation and antiplatelet therapy status and the incidence of ischemic stroke . The main cause of the results in 338 cases of emergency treatment in patients with atrial fibrillation followed by coronary heart disease ( 42.90% ) , hypertension ( 27.81% ) , diabetes ( 25.15% ) , heart rheumatic valvular disease (3.25 %) , heart failure ( 0.89% ) . 338 cases of patients with atrial fibrillation in patients with ischemic stroke in 81 patients , the prevalence was 24.2% ; Age , coronary heart disease , high blood pressure and related factors of diabetic ischemic stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation in the brain a statistically significant difference between the stroke and non- stroke group . 338 cases of patients with atrial fibrillation anticoagulation therapy and antiplatelet therapy is low , the stroke group and the non - stroke group showed no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) . Conclusion The incidence of atrial fibrillation and increased with increasing age , the age , coronary heart disease , hypertension , and diabetes is a major risk factor for ischemic stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation ; incidence of ischemic stroke with anticoagulant related to the therapeutic effect ; should focus on the assessment of the risk of ischemic stroke in the emergency treatment of atrial fibrillation , a reasonable choice of anticoagulant and antiplatelet therapy .
