Abstract

Objective: animal studies to explore the \Experimental methods: 1. Animal grouping mice were randomly divided into six groups, namely: blank control group, model group, positive control group (SHL aerosol), \\. Before the the animals administered attack poison animals continuous atomization administration or saline for 7 days, concrete steps are as follows: (1) a blank group 0.15ml only given saline / day; (2) the model group were given saline 0.15ml / day only; (3) positive drug group given only 0.03ml Shuanghuanglian aerosol / day; (4) low-dose group, given the \given Qi Hong the aerosol only 0.30ml / day; (6) high-dose group, given the \Animal model under ether anesthesia, blank group give each 0.05ml intranasal saline, model group, positive drug group, low-dose group, middle dose group, high dose group were to be each viral dilution 0.05ml drops nose. Animals challenged and related parameters were measured (1) animal challenge after seven days, said the mice weight orbital blood collection after the separation of the serum ELISA determination of serum IFN-γ and IL-10 content; (2) eyeball the animals were sacrificed and fixed lung tissue measured lung index, left lung tissue, HE staining of lung tissue structure changes; (3) the spleen and thymus were weighed, measured spleen and thymus index and fixed spleen tissue, paraffin embedded sections, immunohistochemical staining, determination of CD4, CD8 positive cells percentage. Results: 1. IFN-γ levels of the model group than the control group was significantly lower (P lt; 0.01); \-γ levels increased, compared with viral infection model group significant difference (P lt; 0.01). Qi Hong, \further increase in the serum IL-10 levels compared with the model group, a significant difference (P lt; 0.01). Model group than in the control group of lung index increased significantly (P lt; 0.01); \4 model group increased spleen index, compared with the blank control group no significant difference (P gt; 0.05); \spleen index had no significant effect (P gt; 0.05). Model group than the control group, the thymus index was significantly reduced (P lt; 0.01); \; 0.05); the \Model of CD4 significantly lower than control group (P lt; 0.01), and CD8 significantly higher than the control group (P lt; 0.01), CD4/CD8 was significantly lower than the control group (P lt; 0.01); \7 \Conclusion: \Qi Hong aerosol better role in the treatment and prevention of viral pneumonia caused by influenza virus infection in mice.
