With the debelopment and progress of society, the whole society’s electric consumption is growing.The safe,reliable,adequate and economic suppoly of electricity are demanded. It will require that the power grid enterprise to increase investment,eliminate network bottlenecks, improve the level of technology and equipment, improve the capabilities of market configuration, strengthen the function of market carrier. The investment of distribution network increased year by year, so the success and effectiveness of investment have become a common concern for all. Power companies need ro invest limited funds to improve the economy and reliability of the distributive network.Acomplete system is the key to analyze and ebalute the benefits of social and economic for any economic program.The distribution network is a part of direct contact with the user, the investment account for a large part of the overall power grid. While safe and reliable distribution network is related to the interests of users directly. Therefore, the comprehensive analysis and assess is important for power grid. The article anasyze the investment of distribution network preliminary, and take Zhongshan as an example.Firstly, the analysis index system about the regional investment analysis for distribution network is established using the method of Delphi and AHP based on the review of relevant theories.The index system includes two grades of object layer and one index layer,and discusses every index and its weight.Secondly, taking the investment for the distribution network construction of Zhongshan city for example, this article analyzes the investment profile, the implementation process, technical properties, engineering cost, economic benefits, social influence, environmental influence, investment continuity and so forth.This paper selects 18 indexes to be the synthetical analysis ones, and designs a simple and practical model of economic benefit analysis for distribution network. It is improved that it can analyze and evaluate the investment of distribution network roundly and synthetically.
