Abstract


\Aesthetic function is the most important function of the literary works , the translator in the translation of literary works should be both faithful to the content and style of the original two aspects . Work style reflects the author's outlook on life , world outlook and aesthetic concepts and artistic skills . The style is a unique form language of choice , it makes the reader reading that theme significance , to appreciate artistic charm and aesthetic value . Although scholars a \The draw on literary stylistics theory , to Harriet Beecher Stowe 's abolitionist novel \First examine the overall style of the novel from the author's writing background and theme of the novel , and then tried to Li self-study and the co- translation of Donghua Huang Jizhong translations compared from the point of view of language and culture . By analyzing the advantages of the two translations , shortcomings , this paper attempts to demonstrate the reliability and correctness of monism . The specific form of the language has its specific thematic significance and aesthetic effect . The form of the language in the novel is also the author for the choice of themes and aesthetic considerations , the style of passing and story content delivery is as important as the translation of the novel . In order to achieve the goals of the faithful to the original , with particular emphasis on the importance of style reproduction , and proposed a three-step style reproduction : grasp the theme and the overall style of the original , and analysis of themes and aesthetics of language features , translation keep the original culture. The three-step cycle movements so that the the style translation quality has been upgraded .
