Abstract


The judges' professional ethical norms, values ??and behavior in professional activities, the judge must abide by a certain social as well as its unique legal powers attribute. Professional ethics of judges loyalty to the law for the first element, emphasized the judges for judicial independence, fairness and justice, and the pursuit of clean and honest value, its ultimate realization of the significance lies in overcoming the negative impact of of judicial uncertainty for the enforcement of judges. Lack of professional ethics of judges is one of the important reasons to hinder the process of our rule of law, and therefore urgent need to build them from the system, the spirit level and improvement. Learn from Western developed countries for the development of the professional ethics of judges and the existing norms, in order to provide some useful explore ways to build on the professional ethics of judges in China, which is conducive to the eventual realization of the socialist country under the rule of law in China.
