Abstract


Starting from the due process of law , the protection of human rights of vulnerable groups . Divided into procedural due process of law and substantive due process of the due process of law , according to China's current laws , procedural due process of law due process of law , the proceedings on the due process of research, and my Most of the due process of law to establish foreign monographs . Based on the procedural law in China is still in the primary stage of socialism , the legal system is still being neglected. The concept of the vulnerable groups is also very broad , vulnerable groups can be qualitatively different from different angles .
