Abstract


Serious judicial corruption in China , around the judges of the Court of corruption and other violations of law have occurred . To prevent abuse of jurisdiction should further improve the responsibility system for judges . The judge should illegal activities responsible for error based solely on the outcome of the trial or not to decide whether or not to pursue judges responsibility is unscientific . Unlawful act is the sole basis for judging the judges responsibility . The judge has a certain degree of secrecy violations , and thus must build scientific judge violations discovery mechanism . Our judges accountability procedures exist some defects , there is a need to further improve . Judicial independence of judges and judges accountability is actually two different aspects of the same problem . Only do independent trial judge , to be able to assume responsibility for their own activities to exercise judicial power ; , only the implementation of the accountability of judges in order to procure the judges being highly responsible for their cases to be tried . Give judges adequate job protection judges are independent in the exercise of authority , judges should enjoy a certain immunity .
