Abstract


The logistics industry of the Xiaoyangshan will developed in recent years, it is about 15 square kilometers of land will be reclaimed in 10 years, the logistics industry will be the main development industry in north land. When the logistics industry started, it need avoid overlapping functions with Lingang industries, but also meet the land transport characteristics of inconvenience, which requires a good strategy for the the logistics industry of the north Land.Articles by comparison and analysis of the logistics industry, combined with the Port container cargo transit-oriented development, analyzed the north side logistics industry, planning and development in the region transit processing of high value-added logistics, distribution, logistics industry and other forms of consolidation set to enhance the status of the Yangshan deep water port hub.Use of logistics demand forecasting methods, combined with the Shanghai and Yangshan Deepwater Port container characteristics, predict the bonded logistics capacity will reach 1.14 million TEU, the required bonded area of about 1.2 square kilometers, base on the north land development master plan, suggest the scale of the logistics industry. The north land has problems in the development,it needs many policy support, like drawback in start port and so on, to promote its water transit hub advantage. The study in the early stages of development for the Xiaoyangshan logistics industry has a reference for future development of logistics industry is important.
