Abstract


Our law does not expressly provide the system of tainted witnesses , judicial practice , tainted witnesses exemption system has been widely use . As tainted witnesses through bribery or any other interested person accused of the crime of bribery to obtain crucial evidence is commonly used in today 's procuratorial organs handled bribery case .
