Abstract


Began in 2000, China forward into the ranks of the aging of society, the population of China ranks first in the world, China's aging population also ranks first in the world. The aging society arrival original social system and legal norms in a severe test. Inherent in the guardianship system in the face of the current social situation of older people continues to increase, the protection of the rights of the elderly looked pale and weak, helpless. The too rigid guardianship system does not comply with the new concept of the international community, can not meet the demand for elderly care. Talking from the current social situation in our country is facing an aging study of Roman origin of the guardianship system, analyze the results of the reform of the the modern countries guardianship system, through historical research and comparative studies, see other countries walked on the construction of the guardianship system road.
