Abstract


Good public relations is the basis of the work of the police , is the key to the implementation of Community Policing Crime Prevention Goals , determines the success or failure of public security work . With China 's further economic and social development , social contradictions into focus on the outbreak period , the special nature of the public security industry determines the public security organs at the cusp of the social development , which also makes the relations between the police and the public faced with unprecedented challenges . Discordant relations between the police are blocking the development of the cause of public security , the establishment of a new type of relations between the police become the major tasks facing the public security organs .
