Abstract


Institutions along with the founding of New China was born, along with the development of society and development, and has made great contributions to China's socialist modernization. With the rapid development of the socialist market economy, the social division of labor continue to show detail, specialization and standardization, and institutions are also facing a comprehensive transition and transformation. As a long time by the impact of the traditional planned economic model, the relatively slow progress of the reform of institutions for the theoretical study of the talent incentive mechanism is relatively small. In this paper, the current institutions in China the talent incentive status quo and building measures did some research, help to enrich our theoretical research institutions talent incentive mechanism. This paper introduces the basic theory of talent incentive mechanism, the status quo of the talent incentive mechanism to explore the talent incentive mechanism to help our institutions understand the talent incentive mechanism of this model to understand the the talent incentive theoretical knowledge and build measures are of great significance for our institutions make full use of this mechanism to solve some of the problems of the current talent incentive there, retain talent, improve work efficiency and effectiveness. Our institutions talent incentive mechanism has achieved some results, such as the establishment of the remuneration incentive mechanism, the establishment of target incentive and promotion incentives, a talent to participate in the mechanism, improve the talent of creativity and enthusiasm, the establishment of a performance appraisal system, the establishment of training incentives. Nevertheless, our institutions talent incentive mechanism or there are some problems, such as a single incentives, incentive pay difficult to play a role in the lack of systematic, effective performance, lack of humane management. There are many reasons for these problems, such as lack of modern human resources management concept, the lack of profit-driven, managers lack of autonomy, lack of ability to regulate the efficient allocation of human resources. Institutions must attach importance to the incentives for talent, carefully analyze the current situation in the work to establish a fair and reasonable incentive mechanism, both material incentives and inspired by the spirit of organic combination, but also according to the different talents and different emphases, in a timely manner give full play to reflect the needs of new talent in the policy, the means and ends of the incentives combine to change the mode of thinking, to really establish adaptation unit characteristics, the characteristics of the times and the demand for talent talent incentive mechanism, the real talent ingenuity enthusiasm greatly improved, so that the units in the increasingly fierce competition to gain advantage.
