Abstract

Objective : To observe the the \Methods: 16 fitness athletes of the Beijing Sports University , men , health , native plains , and to ensure that within six months , never taking some iron drugs, were randomly divided into experimental and control groups . Between the two groups in characteristics such as age, height , there was no significant difference . Experimental group in the 4 - week experimental period in the hypoxic room to rest and sleep , hypoxia exposure time ≥ lOhr / day . Oxygen concentration control in normoxia living and training for about 14.4% ( equivalent to 3000 m ) in the control group . In addition , the experimental group week hypoxic training ( height of 2500-2800 meters ) , the training load for the individual 72% VO2max ( equivalent to 80 % VO2max hypoxia ) under normoxic control group twice a week normoxic 80% VO2max under individual training , training for pedal power bicycle , duration 30min the pedaling frequency 60r/min, heart rate control the upper limit of the range of the target heart rate . All subjects were detected in four weeks during the experiment blood samples five times , before the experiment , 1-2 days , 1-2 days and after the experiment gas metabolism and 3000 meters achievement tests . The results showed that : 1, under our experimental conditions , surrounded by HiHiLo training did not significantly improve the experimental group Hb concentration and red blood cell count . In the experiments the experimental group SI and TRf of indicators of the experimental period were significantly decreased, so that the mobilization of iron reserves , iron transport and utilization process enhancements . 3 , the four weeks HiHiLo training the experimental group VO2maxPD and 3000 meters achievements increases the impact is obvious, prompt the : VO2maxPD than VO2max, AT change earlier indicators .
