Abstract


Objective: In this study, the elite athletes of the national swimming team short distance as the research object , mainly for the following research : (a) investigate the short - distance swimming competition blood lactate characteristics : (b) compare different swimming styles , different gender , different venues ( 25 and 50 -meter pool ) competition blood lactate differences ; (c) the characteristics of high-level athletes personalized training blood lactate . Research methods : ( a ) in the country held two long pools and two short-course race , 50,100,200 meters of each project the end of the game after 3 to 5 minutes , mining top eight athletes finger blood 20ul blood lactate testing. (b) in the individual high-level athletes in peacetime training , training after school in the main water , mining their means blood 20ul blood lactate test analysis . The results show that : China 's short-range Elite Swimmers final 50 -meter race of the average level of blood lactate 7.8 to 12mmol / L , and the 100 -meter race 10.7 ~~ 15mmol / L , and 200 meters for 11.5 ~ 14.7 mmol / L : Comparison of different swimming styles the lowest blood lactate blood lactate highest backstroke , freestyle and medley , butterfly and breaststroke ; 50 and 200 m swim in the men's competition blood lactate was significantly greater than the women's group ; 100 m swim long pool match blood lactate greater than the short-course race ; the blood lactate features analysis of the high-level athletes training : there are some deficiencies in the arrangement of their strength load . Conclusion : blood lactate analysis of elite athletes race and individual training of high-level athletes , found that short-distance swimmer in high intensity training deficiencies ; influenced by swimming , athletes gender and race venues and competition blood lactate .
