Abstract


With the socialist market economic system perfect, the sports industry of the further development of sports in the world on the impact of more and more big, and its role in more and more by people’s concern and attention, sporting events at colleges and universities also extremely popular also been widespread concern in society. In this paper, as an example of Hunan Province, Hunan Province through the development of sports colleges and universities to conduct research and surveys to sporting events as the carrier of the construction of campus sports and cultural status quo. From college sporting events on campus sports and cultural impact of the building discovered the problems and propose solutions to the problem for colleges and universities in Hunan Province sports events and campus sports and cultural construction of the sound development of providing a scientific basis. The research findings show:一、Sports areas: (1) near 5-year colleges and universities in HunanProvince sports events held, fewer entries, and more traditional projects, specialization, featuring less. (2) School of University Leaders for sporting events more and more importance attached by the high, cleared the obstacles to understanding, and promoted the development of college sports. (3) Hunan College sporting events are relatively insufficient funding, the source of fewer bad stability.二、Sports and cultural aspects:(1) Hunan College Sports venue infrastructure in general, but the basic general colleges and universities to meet the demand for sports events. (2) colleges and universities in Hunan Province is not a sound management system. (3) a broad mass of students sports club less affected sports events and sports and cultural connections.三、Sporting events andcultural impact of sports: (1) the development of sporting events from the material and cultural, spiritual culture, system culture at three levels to promote the development of sports culture on campus (2) sports culture at the same time constraining the development of sporting events. In this paper, the above findings, based on the corresponding recommendations: to create professional, quality of traditional events, to enhance student-oriented public-loving new Sports: Leaders of colleges and universities should improve sporting events on campus sports and cultural awareness of the impact of cultural construction, and the common development of both university students as an important means of quality education; Step up publicity to increase the input of different sports clubs and promote sports events and sports and cultural connections: Sports facilities intensify the building of the input and open; improve the relevance of college sports events management system, to create a good atmosphere on campus PE system; to strengthen the college sporting events and campus sports and cultural and social interaction, so that the community college sporting events, and industrialization. The construction of sporting events on campus adhere to the spirit of sports culture at the core; people-centered, college sports highlights and campus sports and cultural development to build a common theme.
