Abstract


The level of competitive sports is an important manifestation of the comprehensive national strength and the degree of civilization of a society of a country or region, is also a key factor for the development of sports. Taekwondo as a modern competitive sport, 1988, 1992, 1996, three were included in the performances of the Olympic Games, was officially listed as an Olympic sport at the 2000 Sydney Olympics, setting eight gold medals.
