Abstract


With the increasing globalization and rapid economic development and rising international status of China,the field of Foreign students education in China is developing rapidly,showing an upward trend year after year.Both of the number and the level of students studying in China have increased dramatically,challenging our foreign student education system. However,the management of foreign students in our country lags behind the pace of development,relative theoretical system also needs to be updated.Beijing Sports University is the dominant university in sports field and "211" Engineering University.In recent years,studies at foreign student education and training have begun to take shape.How to achieve development through strengthened management,optimize management during further developing,and to gradually converge our foreign students education and managing system to international community has become my job,it is a topic needs research,exploration and settlement The author utilizes literature study method.First,card the history,the status quo,and the character of foreign student education in China,based on the data of the United States,Britain, Australia and other developed countries represented on the development of education in the situation of foreign students.Next,based on the history of our country to China International Education and its management status,describe the structure and characteristics.List the data of the education development in China in decades,and model the existing management system,such as background knowledge for the analysis. For thesis research framework provides the basis of reality.In this paper,Beijing Sports University Foreign students education and management status,the use of SWOT method of Beijing Sports University Education in China students education and management advantages of the status quo(Strength),inferior(Weakness),threat(Opportunity), challenge(Threat) to do out an in-depth analysis,and the corresponding strategy.Comparing the use of inductive methods,Beijing Sports University Education in China students education and management to draw the following conclusion:to adapt to domestic and international situation,changes in management philosophy,quoted enterprise management,to build brand of Beijing Sports University,give full play to all my school of advantage;people-centered,set the internationalization of the new curriculum,take the initiative to expand the enrollment of students to overcome the "cross-cultural" communication management disadvantage;lock market positioning,occupy the market share,optimize resources,improve competitiveness in order to respond to threats.
