Increasingly seeking to improve the quality of education, emphasizing content development today, with the constant expansion of the western high school, how to improve the quality of teaching high school educators must become Western thought. However, within the teaching of how to build a school for quality assurance studies, mostly confined to universities within the basic education level, especially high school studies less. For concepts such as quality of teaching, quality of education, and teaching need to be further clarified, school teaching the basic elements of quality assurance system also requires a combination of high school actually be clarified. Therefore, this thesis research has been conducted on the one hand, retrieval and analysis, on the basis of the quality of teaching within the school summed up the basic elements of security system. On the other hand, W School in Guizhou Province as a case, the county through the W and W secondary school quality assurance system to build awareness and capacity of the investigation, it was built on the basis of conditions, including strengths and weaknesses. Then on the basis of analyzing the current situation, by observing W secondary school building internal teaching quality guarantee system in the process, summarize its strategy and through the front and rear of the survey compared to summarize the results. This thesis is divided into four chapters, namely introduction, literature review and research framework, case implementation, findings and recommendations. The first chapter is an introduction, description of the background and significance, the paper's theoretical basis and concept definition; second chapter of literature review and research framework and on the basis of the existing research, summarize build schools teaching the basic elements of quality assurance system ; The third chapter introduces W secondary school teaching quality guarantee system to build practical strategies, and through questionnaires, interviews and other research methods to implement the project on W Secondary compares the situation before and after the study; fourth chapter in the W secondary analysis of the practice of based on the proposed project, including the quality of teaching, including the protection of the education reform sure to pay attention to four \an administrative and from teacher to promote coordination between spontaneous behavior; (3) specification of systems and processes unity and diversity of teaching activities coordination between personality; (4) urgent need to improve the professional standards of teachers and teacher education reform gives coordination between the important mission.
