Abstract


Jiangsu province is a agricultural province as well as a big economic province, which has a huge population, but with relatively inadequate cultivated land per capita. The agricultural development pattern is high investment, high production, inefficient and highly polluting, that leading to a series of problems such as environment pollution and resource waste. That is the common problem of current agricultural products in china. How to increase the income of peasants, improving agri-ecological security is development goal and pattern of modern high-efficiency agriculture in Jiangsu province.The paper applies the analytical method of comparative advantage to quantification research of structure of planting industry. It analyzes the production of cropping pattern from three different views:ecology, economy and social system view. besides the comparative analysis of cropping pattern production in economy benefits and society benefits as traditional researches, it also studies further eco-benefits of cropping pattern production and focuses on eco-environment influence that caused by production of cropping pattern. The method is proposed to supplement the current researches, which analyze cropping pattern production without considering the eco-environment aspect. In addition to a full and consummate analysis of comparative advantage about production current of different cropping patterns in a certain area, the existence or not and the size of potential remain space in the development of cropping pattern production, such as eco-potential, economy potential and social system potential, are also analyzed comparatively. Moreover, the paper proposes a quantitative analysis method, because present methods are for lack of considering the development space and quantitative analysis in potential aspect. Based on above thinking, the paper proposes two new concepts:current advantage degree of cropping pattern production and potential advantage degree of cropping pattern production. And then, the related evaluation models of them are constructed respectively.This paper takes use of the cropping pattern production development current and potential advantage evaluation model, analyzes the main cropping patterns in Jiangsu, based on the evaluation result we get these conclusions:First, we put forward the cropping pattern production exterior advantage evaluation model, which not only reflect the economic benefit and social benefit, but also pay much attention to the using of the resource and the inflation to the environment; the evaluation result can be the reference of weather we should enlarge the product scale of the cropping pattern, which has some reference meaning to the related study.Second, we put forward the cropping pattern production potential advantage evaluation model to compare and analyze the potential space for the cropping pattern production, the evaluation result can be the reference of weather we can enlarge the product scale of the cropping pattern. In addition, the index system and its quantitative method of the potential advantage evaluation in the paper is the exploration for the cropping pattern development potential quantitative analysis, which worthies the more study in future.Third, we get the concepts and evaluation thought of cropping pattern production development current and potential advantages, which are scientific and maneuverable. The evaluation results can be the reference for confirming the direction and degree of planting structure adjustment.
