Abstract


At the beginning of the century, it started a significant reform of elementary education in our country. As a part of the reform ,the importance of the utilization and development of curriculum resources has been found increasingly in recent years.The target of science curriculum in primary school is to improve pupil’s science qualities .Inorder to reach this goal and provide a vast studing background for pupils, we must utilize and develop various curriculum resources. With the support of various curriculum resources, the science courses can meet the needs of pupils who live in different places and have different experience background.The thesis puts the interview data of superintendents, puts questionnaire results of teachers and student, analyzes them, and discusses the curriculum resources in the community developing and utilizing from different views; then, according to the stages of research, we found that most of the headmaster, teachers, and students have passion to develop and utilize the curriculum resources in the community.For lack of enough attention to utilize and develop the curriculum resources in the community, some superintendents didn’t adopt strategy effectively, and some teachers lack of the consciousness and ability to utilize and develop the curriculum resources in the community. These have become the primary factors to restrict to utilize and develop the curriculum resources in the community. Therefore, it has become an urgent task. to improve the quality and effect of education positively and effectively through utilize and develop the curriculum resources in the community.The thesis attempts to discuss four aspects, includes to improve the consciousness of superintendents to utilize and develop the curriculum resources in the community, to improve the consciousness and ability of teachers to utilize and develop the curriculum resources in the community, to establish and develop the institution to utilize and develop the curriculum resources in the community, and to utilize and develop the urriculum resources positively in various ways.
