The work-study students are unable to continue due to emotional or behavioral problems in ordinary schools to complete their studies or minor criminal behavior, but not enough to reeducation through labor, juvenile asylum upbringing or criminal penalties conditions of secondary school students. In recent years, with the development of society, the upward trend in youth problem behavior, the number of work-study students also increased. The education of the work-study students become a problem that can not be ignored. The past, many researchers have focused on the personality characteristics and mental health, work-study students to provide a theoretical basis for the students to work part education. On adolescent coping styles, self-efficacy and peer relations study found that the appropriate response, self-efficacy, as well as a good peer relationships of individual development is of great significance. Prompted individuals to reduce the stress response of distress source more effectively address the difficulties encountered in daily life, and to better adapt to social life. However, for students to work coping style, less self-efficacy and peer relationships, especially intervention studies and even more rarely. In this study, 89 students to work in Yunnan Province as the research object to explore the students to work in the relationship between different stress source under the defense, as well as coping style, self-efficacy and peer relationships, and the above characteristics, students to work, social skills training, and examine the social skills training intervention on the working time students cope way, self-efficacy and peer relations, and explore effective intervention programs found that: (1) Compared with ordinary students, workers read raw less The use of directional response. Reading raw of the three days of work than the first two days of work time students less use of avoidance response to the way; (2) men and women workers read raw self-efficacy differences are not significant with, at the same time compared to ordinary students without significant with differences; (3) peer relationships good work read Health more than peer relationships and poor directional response and coping style and self-efficacy with the latter exist significant differences; (4) in the different life stressors, defense predictive role of coping style. Mature defense be able to predict the directional coping immature defense on emotional coping style directional forecast, the the intermediate defense point problem coping and emotional point coping style both predict; (5) self- predict performance directional response problem: self-efficacy and the higher, the more we will be more use of problem-solving and coping style of rationalization; (6) Social skills training will enable students to use directional response, less emotional directional response. But take a longer time for the work-study students' social skills training and intervention, short-term training, can achieve a certain effect, but the continued aftereffect bad; (7) social skills training for students to work self-efficacy had no significant effect; (8 negative nomination) social skills training enables students reduced. Study inadequacies that: consistency were low, the sample size is not ideal, and work-study survival in the problem and the difficulty of the intervention to be considered inadequate, making intervention effect, but not enough to consolidate In future studies, which are any improvements.
