Abstract


Burnout as a negative psychological and work status, individual emotional exhaustion, emotional alienation and reduced personal accomplishment constitutes a physiological, psychological dimension symptoms, physical and mental health of individuals and the performance of all adverse effects, but also continued to affect the individual's subsequent behavior. Burnout since the 1970s, not only is the research topic for scholars, but also become a hot topic of the society, the community is eager to be able to find effective prevention and intervention measures burnout. With China's reform and opening up and economic restructuring, increasing work pressure faced by the people, so that burnout is becoming an unavoidable problem in people's daily work and life, especially for frequently witnessed negative events and has a special status news reporter, burnout problem is particularly prominent. As we all know, the news reporter is social democracy, civilization, progress promoters newsgathering activities to ensure that the public's right to know, an important way of press supervision, media objective and fair coverage and in accordance with the law of supervision by public opinion is an important guarantee for the healthy development of society . News reporter burnout problem related research has important theoretical and practical significance. This study through a combination of quality and quantity of research methods, questionnaire and depth interview method to explore news reporter's career burnout status quo, and try to put prevention and intervention strategies, in order to be able to help news reporters out of the Job Burnout confusion, so that professional Burnout is more systematic. This research mainly includes six parts: the first part is the introduction; second part is a literature review to sort out, burnout existing research; third part of the overall concept of the research on the meaning and purpose of the study: News Reporter status of burnout, study, contents, methods and procedures; analysis of the overall status of the burnout of the news reporters, analysis, interpretation and discussion of the results of the quantitative research of news reporters burnout; Part V depth interviews with news reporters burnout, to make qualitative description through individual interviews and analysis of quantitative research, news reporters burnout; Part VI is a news reporter psychological adjustment of burnout and prevention and intervention strategies, based on the existing research experience, combined with the study of quantitative and qualitative research, propose new era news reporter burnout, psychological adjustment, and prevention and intervention measures. This study was a qualitative and quantitative study of news reporters burnout, the following conclusions: (1) the degree of burnout of news reporters is not optimistic, some news reporters showed varying degrees of emotional exhaustion, emotional alienation and personal achievements sense reduced. (2) the degree of burnout of the news reporters on gender, age and cultural level of education, there are significant differences. (3) between social support and burnout related to whether a family or social support outside the home of news reporter has a very important significance. (4) people-oriented, to improve the system, based on psychological adjustment, to take the appropriate strategy, can effectively prevent and intervene in the news reporters burnout.
