Abstract


In recent years, burnout has become a hot issue in education and psychology research . As a high risk of burnout , burnout of university teachers is cause for concern. The purpose of this study is to survey Shandong Province, ten college music teacher burnout condition and burnout factors , some of the information on the college music teacher burnout , and collect a lot of data on the basis of statistical analysis with rational thinking, to make up for the deficiencies of the local high school music teacher burnout empirical research in China . In this study, Le Mas Teacher Burnout Questionnaire for the preparation of educators MBI - ES , conducted a survey of ten colleges and universities in Shandong Province, 62 music teachers . The results show that : these teachers widespread phenomenon of burnout , and more performance on the two dimensions of emotional exhaustion and reduced personal accomplishment , depersonalization is not obvious . Different personal background factors such as gender, age, marital status, nature of the course , job title, education, income affects both the various dimensions of teacher burnout , especially emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment reduce the impact of two more significant . The main reason leading to teacher burnout and social factors , factors of school management , teachers' professional development factors , student factors and interpersonal factors . Based on the results from the social support, school management and teachers' point of view , to ease the college music teacher burnout made ??some thought and put forward the appropriate strategy .
