The issue of access to knowledge for the expert system , this paper presents a hybrid knowledge acquisition , and will be based on the model rules extraction methods and rules based on historical data acquisition method combined the rule knowledge acquired from different sources , two methods to extract rules The basic design of the knowledge base structure and the establishment of a knowledge base . This knowledge base to be able to cover related to the process of deep and shallow knowledge , the expert system to help solve the knowledge acquisition \The purpose of this dissertation is mainly include the following aspects : 1 , based on SDG model deep knowledge acquisition , modeling the chemical production process , the SDG causal map into a production rule , the entire production process rule description . 2 , using rough set theory , shallow knowledge acquisition existing historical data , according to the production unit , does not require any other prior knowledge . To calculate the properties of nuclear -based , using the heuristic attribute reduction algorithm based on database operations , the removal of redundant information , so that the historical data with higher resolution , obtained as a basis for the rule set . 3 , according to the characteristics of the obtained rules , design knowledge base structure and the establishment of a knowledge base maintenance system . System human-machine interface module , design knowledge acquisition , knowledge acquisition module , knowledge base module , and combine them into a whole , the formation of a knowledge acquisition system . Visual C development platform to study theoretical results based on the development of a knowledge acquisition system to be used in a factory in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation process of crude oil electric desalting system .
