This paper first introduces the development of optical tracking measurement equipment at home and abroad , explains the significance of this study . In order to improve tracking accuracy of the theodolite , more and more complex real-time algorithm is applied to the servo control which the servo controller , which requires a large number of operations can be completed within a short time , i.e. on the operation of the servo controller the performance put forward higher requirements. And the traditional theodolite servo system controller mostly IPC board structure , to form a practical application of the servo controller also need to overlay multiple boards , not only increases the volume of the control system , reduced reliability , and costly . For these reasons, the departure from the value for money and reliability point of view to improve the servo controller from hardware, software algorithm designed a platform based on S3C44B0X digital servo controller . In-depth investigate the the S3C44B0X minimum system and the peripheral circuit JTAG design , design of dual-port RAM , optical isolation , and liquid crystal display . Each module of the the S3C44B0X system underlying driver for the hardware design of the system , and discuss the feasibility of real-time control . The paper also described the photoelectric tracking servo control field classic of the speed loop and position loop of the dual closed-loop control structure and digital PID algorithm ; based on the hardware design , discusses the design of the system software , including part S3C44B0X function module the software design and servo control system software design .
