Abstract


Along with the development of the computer and network technology, the enterprise financial management system also developed, and many enterprises already had their financial management system. However, most of these systems are controlled by some large companies, such as UFIDA and Kingdie and so on. Although the functions of the software are strong, the enterprises must pay the expensive fee for them. However, many medium and small companies could not pay that, and the large software also needs to be managed by the special operant, which result in many inconveniences. Thus, it is urgent that the small financial management system is developed, which is fit to the characteristic of the medium and small companies and easy to operate.In the paper, the financial management system, fit to the medium and small companies, was developed by using the J2EE technology. When the system was developed, at first, it investigated detailedly the financial work of enterprise; analyzed seriously the fund flow-sheet of enterprise; then, understood thoroughly the division of labor of financial official in the enterprise and the financial problem attended by the enterprise leaders; and finally, determined the development route of the system.In the development of this system, the JAVA technology was used, which used the JAVA platform’s merits. It realized the object-oriented programming. And because of the dynamic nature of JAVA, it made the expansion of system latterly realized easily. The structure of B/S (browser/server) was used in the network, because of its merits, which made the system developed easily, made the system more flexible, and made the maintenance and the management of system easier in the later stage. The SQL technology was used in the design of database. It made the large data from enterprise finance orderly and easy; made the system development easier and closer to reality life. According to the different limits of authority, personnel were divided into administrator, service workers, inquisitor and the commercial auditing workers. It could make the different user login according to their different visit right. The administrator has the complete authority into the system; the service workers are in charge of the sales message of products as well as the communication of business clients; the inquisitor in company is mainly open for the leader, which mainly pay attention to the profit and loss of enterprise; the commercial auditing workers are in charge of the fund floating inside the enterprise, the fund floating of product sale, the profitable statistics, the taxes and so on
